Service Description
Our CORE class will specifically focus on your whole core. We will start with a warm-up, do total core work with a focus on abs, and a stretch will end the class.
Cancellation Policy
Booking opens 30 days before a class is scheduled, and closes 2 hours prior to the start of class time. If you happen to be the only sign up, you will be given a choice whether or not you'd like to attend as the only client (if you choose not to, you will not be charged). Please have the liability waiver filled out prior to your first class - you cannot attend any of BINDZONE's services without completing the waiver. Cancel your booking no later than 5 hours prior to the start of your class time. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged $8 for all 30 minute class-based bookings.
