Service Description
Sweat Intense Interval Training (IIT) is completely cardio-based and has a mix of low and high intensities and impacts. We will start with a warm-up consisting of light cardio, then move into body weight cardio-strength circuits, and do a cool down and stretch to end the class. SWEAT IIT OUT! No equipment is needed for this class, but the option to use equipment (resistance bands and/or weights) as desired will be given.
Cancellation Policy
Booking opens 30 days before a class is scheduled, and closes 2 hours prior to the start of class time. If you happen to be the only sign up, you will be given a choice whether or not you'd like to attend as the only client (if you choose not to, you will not be charged). Please have the liability waiver filled out prior to your first session - you cannot attend any of BINDZONE's services without completing the waiver. Cancel your booking no later than 5 hours prior to the start of your class time. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged $15 for all 1 hour class-based bookings.
